“Fashion is definitely on par with interiors for me,” says Ashley Stark. The way the interior designer dresses is very similar to the way she decorates. “It's very traditional with a hint of trendy, a hint of fun and whimsy.” That said, color is by and large a rarity. Instead, she leans into texture and rich variations of neutral hues. “I just try to keep it timeless and invest in pieces that I know won't go out of style,” she summarizes. And yes she thinks Zara is always a great fix for trend experimentation.
