The 21 Best Beauty Products That Launched in November

From the perfect holiday lip color to a serum formulated by a Nobel Prize–winning chemist.

By: Hannah Baxter

With winter just around the corner (we hate to admit it), we’ve started exploring all the best new serums, creams, and oils that will keep our complexions healthy and hydrated. But this time of year is also the perfect excuse to try out some fabulous new cosmetics, from a glittery red statement lip to a high-shine lid lacquer (hello, holidays!). And don’t forget a nourishing cuticle oil and hand wash for protected, moisturized skin, no matter the weather. All that and more among our 21 favorite new product launches this month.

Victoria Beckham Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer, $95

Victoria Beckham has been slowly rolling out new products from her debut beauty line, but there are two very good reasons why her latest release is so major: 1) It’s her first skin-care product, and 2) it’s a collaboration with Augustinus Bader, the founder of the industry-favorite face and body cream that counts many a celebrity as a fan. It’s meant to prep, prime, and smooth the skin, so you have a flawless and hydrated base before applying makeup. If it’s good enough for Posh...

Soft Moisture Mask, $36

This new brand is targeted towards men, who are often confronted with products that are hyper-masculine, rugged, or thoroughly anti-feminine. Like the name suggests, soft skin can be universal—who doesn’t want a bouncy, dewy complexion? It’s packed with hyaluronic acid and squalane to hydrate, niacinamide to brighten, and ginger and turmeric extracts for healing and reducing inflammation.

Tom Ford Extrême Lid Lacquer Eyeshadow, $36

Nothing makes us feel cooler or more powerful than a glossy black eyeshadow. This liquid shadow is the latest addition to the Tom Ford Extrême Collection, and dries down to a high-shine finish without ever feeling sticky. It’s also free of sulfates, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, and mineral oil.

Esker Calendula Hand Cleanser, $52

We all know the struggle of keeping our hands moisturized this time of year—constantly washing and using sanitizer to avoid seasonal colds and the flu is drying as hell. This Esker formula uses clove, palo santo, litsea, and helichrysum essential oils, all of which are naturally anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying. Calendula is also a hero ingredient for soothing skin irritation (it’s often utilized in baby products for diaper rash).

Fenty Beauty Killawatt Foil Freestyle Highlighter in Ruby Richez, $36

Rich cranberry shades are ideal for crafting a glam holiday look, so obviously, Rihanna read our minds and created a brand-new Killawatt shade for the season. It’s the same delicious sparkly formula we’ve come to know and love in gold and silver versions, but the ruby hue makes a striking entrance when you wrap it from your cheeks, around your temples, and onto your eyes.

Vertly CBD + Botanical Extracts Face Serum, $110

Former fashion editor Claudia Mata is already behind our favorite CBD lip balm, and her new serum harnesses 24 nutrient-rich botanicals, along with 300 mg of full-spectrum CBD, to deeply nourish and hydrate your skin. Plant oils from green bean coffee, pomegranate, avocado, and broccoli (among a few others), along with a three-week slow infusion of nettles, horsetail, Gotu kola, and calendula give your skin a boost of antioxidants—a must for keeping your complexion healthy this time of year.

Sally Hansen good.kind.pure Nail Polish, $7

Sally Hansen has joined the clean beauty game with their new line of 16-Free plant-based polishes in 30 delicious shades. There’s no shortage of luxe neutrals, but we’re particularly drawn to this lavender shade—a reminder that while winter looms, spring is just a few months away.

SkinCeuticals Glycolic Renewal Cleanser, $38

Just because summer has ended doesn’t mean you should stop exfoliating your skin. It’s crucial for encouraging cell turnover so that you have a bright, decongested complexion. This formula uses 8 percent glycolic acid, combined with 1 percent phytic acid, aloe leaf juice to soothe, and glycerin to help lock in moisture. We prefer to use this at night before slathering on our serums and night cream so our skin can rest and repair throughout the night.

Revlon Candid Moisture Glow Anti-pollution Foundation, $11

Fans of the previous iterations of the Revlon Candid foundation will be happy to learn that there are new anti-blue light and anti-pollution ingredients (your daily dose of protective antioxidants). And don't worry, the formula remains just as lightweight and creamy as it always was. There are 31 shades, and the formula is free of oils, parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes, and fragrance.

Tenoverten The Celery Oil Strengthening Nail Oil, $26

If you’re struggling to grow your nails, or can’t seem to prevent them from breaking, a nutritious oil can help get you back on track. This one is packed with celery seed extract, and is touted as a “green juice for your nails.” It also has chia seed oil, vitamin B3 and zinc to harden, and rosehip oil to strengthen and heal.

Pat McGrath Mothership VII: Divine Rose Eye Palette, $125

Did this palette sell out almost immediately? Yes. Is it 100 percent worth checking the website every day for the restock? Double yes. The iridescent pink and lavender shadow will stop traffic from a mile away—it’s that good.

Cleen Beauty Mineral SPF 30, $10

A clean sunscreen with shea butter and zinc oxide is already a great combination, but the fact that it’s under $10 is downright wild. There’s no reason why green products should be a privilege, and Cleen Beauty is making sure that everyone has access to quality products. Double points for the fact that this sunscreen also makes your skin feel hydrated (and obviously protected from the sun year round).

Il Makiage F*ck I’m Flawless Multi-use Perfecting Concealer, $26

A creamy concealer is a must this time of year, when our skin gets drier and more irritated by the day. This new formula from Il Makiage is still vegan, oil-free, and paraben-free, and provides a perfect veil of color for masking everything from under-eyes to acne spots. We particularly like it for the corners of our nose if the cold weather is making us feel stuffy.

Drybar Double Shot Blow-dryer Brush, $150

If you’re a fan of the occasional blowout, but rarely have the time to make it into the salon, this new vented dryer brush is going to make your at-home styling a whole lot easier. Rather than struggling to simultaneously use both a dryer and round brush for perfectly smooth volume, this tool combines heat, air, and brush all into one step.

Superflower The Everyday Serum, $68

New brand Superflower formulates their serum not only with distillate CBD (which helps calm inflammation), but also skin-care stars like hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, and nourishing oils like jojoba and grapeseed. Rose, frankincense, and neroli essential oils give it an aromatic scent, along with the natural terpenes from the cannabis.

Maybelline Cheek Heat Gel Cream Blush, $6

With a creamy gel hybrid formula, this new blush sinks into your skin like a dream. It’s oil-free so that it won’t melt halfway down your face by lunchtime, and each of the six sunset-esque colors will help you look like you just returned from a refreshing vacation. Pretty, flushed, dewy—sign us up.

Diptyque Black Friday Limited-edition Candle, $74

Diptyque’s signature Baies candle is here in limited-edition black and white packaging and is only available for four days. So if you consider yourself a candle connoisseur (we know we are), don’t hesitate to scoop this hypnotic rose and blackcurrant dream for the holidays.

Paula’s Choice Omega+ Complex Eye Cream, $34

Your under eye area is especially sensitive, and harsh winter weather only exacerbates it. This whipped cream (not the food kind) uses omegas 3, 6, and 9, plus ceramides to hydrate and plump the skin, so that fine lines are minimized and your complexion is bouncy and smooth.

Gucci Beauty 25 Goldie Red Rouge à Lèvres Lunaison Lipstick, $46

The instant classic red shade from the Gucci Beauty relaunch gets reimagined in a limited edition sparkle finish that is ideal for the holidays. Just take one look at the bullet in all its shimmery glory and try not to swoon. It’s absolutely stunning, but best of all, it’s still the signature creamy formula that never leaves your lips cracked or dry.

Covergirl Exhibitionist Uncensored Mascara, $8

We love a long-wear mascara that doubles as a lash conditioner, and this new formula from Covergirl does just that with nourishing coconut and jojoba oils. It’s vegan and free of phthalates, mineral oil, formaldehyde, and talc. Long fluffy lashes are in your future with this one.

Noble Panacea The Brilliant Prime Radiance Serum, $253

Founded by Nobel Laureate Sir Fraser Stoddart, this new luxury skin-care line is rooted in Stoddart’s mastery of chemistry and his desire to benefit as many people as possible with his products. This serum is from the Brilliance collection and utilizes malachite, bakuchiol, and glycolic acid along with patented OMV technology to prolong cellular health and leave you with an even, glowing complexion. You can also return the individual daily dose packets to be recycled.
