This week we’ve seen everything from 60-degree weather to a blizzard, all the while starting New York Fashion Week. To say the weather is schizophrenic is the understatement of the century and it makes us that much more frustrated when we’re getting ready to run around at shows. Most likely to permanently make ball gowns a thing of the red carpet past: Scarlett Johansson in Atelier Versace
“The descriptor is overused, but Scarlett Johansson really does win for chicest at AmFar, which, along with raising funds for HIV/AIDS, also marks the unofficial start of New York Fashion Week—and therefore has a very impressive style showing among its guests. But this custom Versace tux—especially paired with Johansson’s short hair—really can’t be beat in any best dressed contest.” —Emily Ramshaw
