We’re all blessed to be witnessing the renaissance of Pamela Anderson. Over the past few years, she’s gone from paparazzi magnet to fashion industry darling—and it’s about time. Other than her starring role in The Last Showgirl and buzzed-about Netflix documentary, Anderson said recently that her biggest highlight was getting invited to the Met Gala for the first time. “I feel like everything has led me to this pinnacle moment where I get to be at the Met, being respected and accepted by Anna Wintour,” she says. “I can imagine that in the past I was not someone she would ever take a second look at. I wasn't in fashion, ever. I wasn't cool.”(Please note: We’ve always thought Pamela was cool, even before she arrived at the Met in in an off-the-shoulderOscar de la Renta).

Anderon’s trajectory to style icon is made even more impressive by the fact she doesn’t have a personal stylist——that behind-the-scenes garment procurer who maintains relationships with brands and shapes a star’s image. Instead, she gravitates towards brands and designers who feel classic and elevated, with a tinge of her signature quirkiness. Her impeccable style evolution warrants a closer look, so we’ve highlighted the four designers responsible for her strongest sartorial moments in the last few years.

The Jacquemus Effect

After opting for outfits that leaned more rock ‘n roll during the Baywatch-era of her career, Anderson went out of the public eye for years—until she reemerged in 2022 in a playful ad campaign for irreverent French design house Jacquemus. The images contained playful nods to Anderson’s signature bombshell aesthetic, including a pink, body-hugging evening gown and oversized hat. Since then, Anderson has remained a friend of the house, arriving at the Jacquemus Fall/Winter 2025 show in Paris in an ensemble characteristic of her new ladylike era: a high-collar button-front poplin shirt, a crisp-white pleated skirt, and pointed-toe slingbacks. Her Jacquemus clutch, like her shoes, were black. In February, Anderson wore another JacquemusGrecian column dress to the BAFTAs, custom-made just for her.

The Dior Look

An ongoing affinity for Maria Grazia Chiuri’s designs for Dior has set the bar high for Anderson’s sophisticated style. In February, she wore a one-shoulder Dior gown to the Screen Actors Guild Awards, complete with strappy silver sandals and a beaded Dior bag. While attending Dior’s Haute Couture presentation on January 27, Anderson referenced the brand’s history-making New Look silhouette when she wore an elegant, figure-hugging coat, wrapped up with a matching scarf underneath, a lace face veil (a tradition that goes back to the style of the 1920s), and a classic Lady Dior bag.

The Oscar de la Renta Love

Anderson’s arrival at the Met Gala in 2024 wasn’t the last time she would wear Oscar De La Renta on the red carpet. For her October trip to receive the Zurich Film Festival Golden Eye Award, Anderson chose multiple looks from the storied NYC-based designer. Her evening look was a custom pink midi dress with a full skirt and fitted bodice, worn with a pink shawl that framed her makeup-free face and hair pulled back softly into a low ponytail. (Oscar de la Renta has produced many versions of the pink dress—for example, a drape-back evening gown and a draped silk faille gown with a high-low hem.) For another appearance at the film festival, she donned a white, wide-leg pant and matching one-shoulder blouse, also from the house—proof that monochrome and minimalist pieces don’t need to be boring.

The Tory Burch Suit

When Anderson opts for a well-tailored suit, she always goes to American designer Tory Burch. On March 26, Anderson wore an outfit plucked from the runway of Tory Burch’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection: A wool jacket with sheer jersey overlay and wool skirt with the label’s signature Eleanor shoulder bag and twisted-heel slingbacks. (Burch describes the collection as “twisted American sportswear” and “a wardrobe collected over time.”) In January, the actor sported a squared-shoulder field jacket, tailored shorts and tall banana boots from Tory Burch’s Resort 2025 collection, which was all about mixing the “high and the low, vintage and new, offbeat and classic, and the unpredictable” according to Burch— all words we’d use to describe the iconic Anderson herself.
