Natasha Lyonne is no stranger to red carpets, and the Golden Globes is no exception—she's been walking them and turning heads with her bold looks since the '90s. This year, nominated in the Actress in a Musical or Comedy TV Series category for her work as lie-detecting Charlie Cale in "Poker Face," she walked the Golden Globes red carpet in a shimmery blue Valentino Pre-Fall 2026 gown with a halter neckline, silver embellishments, and a centered ruffle detail that glistened from every angle. (The finishing touch we loved? Her "Be Good" pin in protest of ICE.)

For glam, hairstylist Larry Sims swapped her signature fluffy curls for mermaid-like waves and a deep side part and plenty of volume. Her makeup artist Jo Baker, sculpted a "soft and sultry" look using the reformulated Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 5 for a base, and a swipe of Armani Beauty Lip Power Long Lasting Lipstick in shade 114 for a rosy lip that matched her flushed cheeks. Her beauty inspiration for the look? A doe. We see the vision!

Post-Golden Globes, we caught up with Lyonne and asked her about how the night went, her getting-ready process, and who she was most excited to see.

What was the inspiration for tonight's look?

"Free speech and fun. #BeGood #IceOut."

What's your favorite and least favorite part of getting ready for a red carpet?

"My favorite part is listening to music and making jokes with my makeup artist Jo Baker and my hairstylist Larry Sims. My least favorite part is taking it too seriously."

Do you have any pre-event rituals?

"Swimming and dancing!"

What's on the playlist as you get ready?

"A mix tape Matthew made for us back in Mexico a few years ago—it's greats. Lots of Jimmy Cliff on there."

Who were you most excited to see at the Golden Globes?

"Seth Rogen makes me laugh so hard —he’s a funny dude and should consider making a career of it. And anytime spent with my wives Clea DuVall and Janicza Bravo is the best day of my life."

What's the best film you watched this year?

"'Sinners,' by miles. The best thesis, execution, and technique of the year. Geniuses in front of and behind the camera. Integrity."
