Coveteur and Markarian Kick Off Fashion Week with Celestial-Inspired Dinner
Who doesn’t like sipping champagne in an evening gown?

New York Fashion Week is officially in full swing and we here at Coveteur couldn’t be more excited! To celebrate the start of the next month of shows, we teamed up with Alexandra O’Neill, the visionary designer behind our new must-have label, Markarian, to host a dinner at Dutch Flower Line in New York’s Flower District. Fittingly for a brand named after the Markarian galaxies, the inspiration behind the affair was celestial, from the ethereal table settings to private tarot card readings from Anna Toonk.
Guests sipped cocktails sponsored by LVMH’s new Volcan De Mi Tierra tequila and Moet Rose champagne, all while clad in showstopping gowns from Markarian, including a few special pieces from the forthcoming S/S ’18 collection. Friends of both Coveteur and O’Neill, including industry insiders like Hilary Rhoda, Olivia Perez, Suede Brooks, Alex Merrell, Annie Georgina Greenberg, Coco and Breezy, and Crystal Reed didn’t let the rain stop them from enjoying the glamorous, star-studded evening. Check out some of our behind-the-scenes shots to kick off your own fashion week inspiration.
