Inside W Mag’s “It” Girl Luncheon with Jane Levy
The actress brings us along for a fancy meal and amazing run-ins.
Over the next month or so, hair spray will fly, couture gowns will be ripped off the runways or from deep within archives, and golden statues will be handed out en masse, and W magazine’s annual pre-Golden Globes “It” Girl Luncheon kicked off the awards season madness. It’s where the most empowering, successful, beautiful, and cool women come together for a glamorous meal hosted by legendary writer Lynn Hirschberg. But what goes down when you get the likes of Jane Levy, Lily Collins, Amber Heard, Jourdan Dunn, et. al. together?
Lucky for us, our friend and actress Jane Levy (you might recognize her from Shameless, Suburgatory, or this year’s Don’t Breathe), who is (unlike us) actually one of those “It” girls, documented the entire thing, from pre-gaming dressed in a “Penis” shirt with her hair and makeup team, to slipping into her more luncheon-appropriate Opening Ceremony pantsuit, to run-ins with friends and floral centerpiece hijacks.
