Getting Ready with Camila Coelho
Stephanie Mark

With all of fashion's feather's ruffled with talk of bloggers and brands, we can assure you the relationship between Dior and Camila Coelho is very real. Camila's first involvement with Dior was as a Dior makeup artist "Dior has always been one of my favorite brands and I have a history with them. Everything started with beauty and with Dior." So rest assured—the love here is very very legit.

Spending the day with Camila and experiencing Dior through her eyes was the perfect Parisian morning. When we arrived at her suite at the Plaza Athénée, Coelho greeted us in a big fuzzy bathrobe with two coffees in hand. We spent some time listening to the Brazilian beauty's history with the brand while she began to do her makeup. Equipped with all things Dior beauty, we watched in awe as Camila perfected her makeup with the ease of a pro.

Being the voyeurs that we are, we had to get all of Camila's tips on how she nails her beauty (and fashion) look every single time. One important tip, that was actually passed along from Aimee Song, is to drink a big glass of milk every night right before she goes to bed during fashion week to reduce puffiness in the morning. She can't explain it, but she does swear by it. Other tips? Always have your purse filled with the essentials: concealer, face mist, and lip balm. And her fashion week skin saver, masks—she tries to do one a night while on the road.

While we could have chatted all things beauty and fashion for hours, it was time for us to leave for the main event. Clad in head to toe Dior, Camila headed to Musee Rodin for Maria Grazi Chiuri's debut show. After being blown away by the entire collection, it was time to head through the mayhem backstage—Riri! J.Law! Kloss!—to talk all things beauty with Peter Philips, who was responsible for show's look. Seeing the woman who started her career with a YouTube channel about beauty debrief with none other than Philips himself gave us the warm and fuzzies. Truly an authentic fashion fairy tale after all.
