Welcome back to Fashion Bulletin, a weekly column where Coveteur's senior fashion editor, Ella O’Keeffe, recaps all the buzzy industry news you from the week.

Welcome back! It’s officially Halloweekend, which means the streets will be rampant tonight with horny little costumes and the occasional scary one. What could be spookier? Having a boyfriend, according to British Vogue this week. In a story that went viral online, one British Vogue writer describes having a boyfriend in 2025, especially bragging about them online, as “culturally loser-ish.” It appears the majority of cis/straight/pan/bi women on TikTok couldn’t agree more. As the bar for men’s behavior towards women falls deeper and deeper into hell, many women are left wondering: what is the point? And if they do happen to find a man that they actually like and treats them well…have we as a society moved past the proverbial clout that comes with being partnered to a man these days? Much to think about as we undergo a relational vibe-shift. Hide your boyfriends! We don’t want to see them!

Hedi Slimane’s Armani Rumors

Elsewhere in the cultural lexicon, rumors of Hedi Slimane’s succession of the late Giorgio Armani began to circulate last week—which Armani Group promptly put to bed. It does pose the question though: Hedi Slimane is still at large and Mr. Armani’s complicated will makes it difficult to see a path forward for the successor of his singular legacy. First reported by fashion insider Susanna Nicoletta via SUNDeLuxe, the brand has, as recently as this week, denied any claims that Slimane would be next in line for the creative director role. And while the brand would certainly benefit from someone holding the vision of the brand together while they undertake the selling of the company, it seems ill-advised to lean in that direction with a shake up on the horizon (his will requires heirs to sell 15 percent of the company to a new investor within 18 months, with the opportunity to increase that holding to 49 percent in the coming years).

Rosalia Releases A Fashion-Fueled Music Video For “Berghain”

I can’t imagine a single person on earth doubting that Rosalia is that bitch, but in case anyone did, her latest track “Berghain” will promptly convince them otherwise. The single itself has been wonderfully viral this week, but this isn’t a pop culture column, it’s a fashion one. And what an immense treat to see her stacked in some of the most iconic archival pieces from Alexander McQueen to Ghesquiere-era Balenciaga throughout the video, courtesy of stylist Jose Carayol. In one clip, she wears the heels I would give up my unborn child for: McQueen SS03 Rosary heels, with a silk and chiffon dress from the designer’s FW02 collection. In another clip, she is on public transport in a Givenchy FW97 top by Alexander McQueen, and later, in a silk Balenciaga SS04 dress by Nicholas Ghesquiere before being seen in bed in the iconic button tank from the same collection as the rosary heels.

Louis Vuitton Teams Up With Callum Turner And Jude Bellingham For SS26

Menswear creative director Pharrell has tapped actor Callum Turner and footballer Jude Bellingham in the brand’s SS26 pre-collection campaign, giving the British girls and gays everything they want in a campaign. There are puppies, too! Lensed and filmed by Oliver Hadlee Pearch, the two, accompanied by other male models, are shot in an unmistakably British setting that calls to mind a heritage of refined tailoring—which is exactly what they’re suited and booted in for the images. Happy viewing!

Martine Rose And Nike Are Collaborating (Again)

Announced earlier this week, Martine Rose and Nike are reissuing their wildly popular Shox collaboration. This is a shoe that has been both consistently sold out for years, and been described as distinctly lesbian (love that). But I digress. Along with the sneakers, the collection includes football kits, hoodies, a short and a fleece pant. The collection is reportedly inspired by the world of competitive gaming. Nerds unite under patron saint Martine Rose.
