The Biggest Paris Fashion Week Trends From Spring/Summer '26
From ballerina pink to skinny belts, your Paris Fashion Week trend report is in.

Paris Fashion Week is well underway, and as the final, and heftiest leg of the fashion month schedule, there are plenty of trends to observe from the runway this week. Over the month, we’ve reported on all of the happenings from New York to London to Milan, where trench coats have been aplenty, I predicted that Chartreuse would be the color of the season, and bras as tops have been having a big moment. In Paris, plenty of these trends carried over, and then some.
Jonathan Anderson’s Dior debut yesterday jolted a thought about the jeans and a nice top theory which ultimately should be originally credited to the French woman and not the West Village girl, backed up by looks at Stella McCartney and Torisheju. Elsewhere, a skinny belt renaissance returns thanks to looks at Mugler, the tiny belt tops and dresses at Courreges, and accessories at Louis Vuitton.
As far as color stories go, the aforementioned Chartreuse is still cropping up here and there, as is Lilac which we saw a surplus of in Milan. But Paris seems to be quite taken by ballerina pink, as seen at Dior, Tom Ford, and Louis Vuitton these past days.
Ahead, we round up all of the trends we’ve spotted at Paris Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026 so far.

A superior fixture of the early 2010s was undoubtedly the skinny belt, and for Spring/Summer 2026, plenty of designers brought them back to the runway. At Tom Ford, Haider Ackermann stacked them atop each other over a perfect suede trench in alternating colours, while over at Mugler, slinky nude leather belts with invisible buckles punctuated smooth waistlines. At Courreges, Nicolas Di Felice sent low slung skinny belts down the runway in corresponding colours to looks, and later a series of tops, skirts, and strapless dresses made up of tiny skinny belts.

The jeans and a nice top theory is hardly something we have to explain to the masses, and in Paris this week, designers have been bringing the tried and true philosophy to the runways in an elevated way. At Dior, Jonathan Anderson sent a series of backwards wool coats with relaxed, slouchy jeans down the runway. For Stella McCartney’s SS26 collection, low slung jeans were paired with silk camisoles, intricate jackets, and crisp button downs, and over at Vaquera, denim was paired with t-shirt layered with lace bras and tops feating giant rosettes.

The color of choice in Paris this season has seemingly been ballerina pink, softening collections and adding a sense of calm and femininity into runway moments that particularly stand on their own two feet, which has been an interesting balance to witness. At Louis Vuitton, ballerina pink underscored the collection. There were pale pink bubble skirts, mohair culottes, draped, velvet printed silk dresses, and embellished shearling gilets with tie waists. Stella McCartney also wasn’t one to shy away from baby pink in tactile textures. Oversized faux fur coats, mini dresses with shearling trims and sequins featured aplenty, while at Dior Anderson experimented with a sweet pink denim skirt and matching bag, and at Tom Ford, Ackermann sent baby pink suits out.
