LFW Street Style Has Us Shopping For Suede & Statement Jackets

As London Fashion Week's Spring/Summer 2027 officially comes to a close, we're taking a look at the street style looks that we'll be saving and using as guideposts for our transitional wardrobes. With the weather generally a bit crisper than in New York, layers, wool, texture, leather, and suede were to be expected—and we weren't at all disappointed. Instead, we were fed more than we were prepared for, including statement coats, bold color plays, and a refresher on outerwear trends. But, more than anything, the street style looks in London were a direct reflection of how confusing the weather at this time of year can be. As a result, we got full wool suits one day, and cropped polo shirts and jeans the next. We got shorts paired with jackets and thong heels, coats in colors typically associated with spring, and suede pants paired with T-shirts.
