The Sustainable Knitwear Brand That’s Also Super Luxe
Lauren Manoogian’s luxury knits are comfy clothes for the chic set.

Brooklyn-based knitwear designer Lauren Manoogian has been refining the aesthetic of her namesake brand over the past decade. And in those 10 years, she’s forged relationships with small mills in Peru to hand-loom and locally source her undyed yarns. At its core, her palette of sand-blasted tones in thoughtful silhouettes makes cozy wear look miraculously immaculate. Think alpaca-wool hybrid bouclé crewneck pullovers, creamy cardi-coats, natural pima cotton chunky sweaters, and supersoft cloud-weight denim. The most striking pieces that captured our attention are her newest additions—knitted handbags that somehow manage to be structured and malleable all at once. It’s the sort of collection that is made for comfort but oozes luxury—like what your most put-together friend wears when she’s feeling lazy.
