3 Green Juice Popsicle Recipes You Need To Try
The health-conscious, grown-up version of your favorite summertime treat.

You had us at popsicles. No, wait, you had us at green juice.
Guys, we love our green juice—that’s nothing new. So much so that we’re willing to shell out the big bucks for a shiny Vitamix for all our juicing pleasure. Another thing we love is summer (duh!) and when the sun is shining we can’t imagine consuming anything that isn’t frozen or on a stick. It’s the truth. And also a sentiment we’ve been supporting since pre-pubescence—always and forever, friends.
Sophie Milrom, founder of EatPops, the veggie and fruit-packed icy dessert company, has frozen all of the goodness of our fave adult-approved (and breakfast-appropriate, too!) juices into three just-sweet-enough and nutrient-packed pops—you know, for maximum summer coolness. All you’ll need is a mold (that or MacGyver some out of Dixie cups with tinfoil and sticks), a blender or juicer (reader's choice), and some seasonally fresh fruits and veggies. Oh, and you can totally add a splash of booze. You know, for good measure.
