It’s 2017. It has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? You’ve probably already taken a stab at one or more of your resolutions. We’ve made a few ourselves. One that was high up on the list is figuring out that elusive work-life balance.

Before you roll your eyes and mutter, “Yeah, right,” hear us out: these are a few ways to make that essential distinction.

 



Make 2017 the year that you *actually* put your digital detox plan into action. It may be tough at first, but once you get into routine with it, you’ll wonder why you waited so long.

 



We get it, no can be a super difficult word to use, but it might be the key to getting you far.

 



We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: sleep is important. For your skin, health, and sanity.

 



What better way to manage your life than by taking advice from those who already have it all figured out?

 



Science has proven that fitness is a stress reliever, so do what you’ve been planning to do for the past year or so and get that membership at your favorite studio.
