9. Minors:

If we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems. 10. Storage and Transfer of Information:

Specifically, the Anonymous and Personal Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), including the United States. On July 16, 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) confirmed that Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) remain an acceptable method to transfer personal data outside of the EU/EEA.
