Grand Collection x New Balance Marries Fashion With Function
Featuring a reimagined 770 sneaker.

After teasing a collaboration on their off-calendar Fall/Winter 2025 runway in August, Grand Collection's collaboration with New Balance is finally available to shop. The launch is accompanied by a black and white short film featuring pro skateboarders Brian Reid and Spencer Hamilton riding through New York City to a soothing jazz soundtrack. The film highlights Grand's downtown New York City roots while showcasing the long-awaited collection literally in action.
The capsule collections includes a black velour tracksuit with white piping, a gray hoodie sweatsuit, and a black polar fleece windshirt with matching pants, all with both the Grand and New Balance logos embroidered. The star of the show, though, is certainly the reimagined 770 skate sneakers available in both all white and all black leather. This collaboration feels seamless and like it just makes sense, as both brands prioritize marrying style with function and utility. "For NB and Grand, we're both obsessed with shape, form, fabric, timelessness, but we're also obsessed with true functionality," said Grand founder, Ben Oleynik. "This shoe is the embodiment of all of these things. We wanted to showcase that in the most literal and elevated way possible: showing this sneaker can perfectly live on the runway and actually be skated in."

Lofi images of the collection perfectly represent both brands cool, laidback ethos and further highlight how aligned they are. “Grand aligns perfectly with where we see NB within skate culture.” said New Balance Numeric General Manager, Sebastian Palmer. “Having the natural connections of shared team riders, music and fashion references makes working with them mutually intuitive.”
As of last week, New Balance Numeric x Grand Collection is available at grandcollectionco.com, newbalance.com and select retailers globally.
