New York Fashion Week is mostly about the fashion, of course, as well as the admiration of the intricate work that goes into making clothes that only a select few can master to runway-worthy extents. But New York Fashion Week is also about the parties. And the photo ops. And the exciting celebrity sightings normally reserved for a certain west coast city. When September hits, the stars align in New York City and give us special reunions, both with people and places, surprise runway appearances, and the occasional brushing of shoulders between editors and celebrities.
Fashion week isn't even over yet and we've seen Mary J Blige at the Simkhai afterparty in slouched wedge boots, Hollywood's first daughters Romy Mars and Sunday Rose doing a DJ set, and Dylan O'Brien walking a rescue dog down a runway. What more could we possibly ask for?

Henson celebrated her birthday at the post-show dinner, and Mary J. Blige made an appearance at the afterparty.

A Night At Studio 54 With Cher
When Studio 54 reopens, the celebrities show up. Colman Domingo posed for a photo with Love Island's Olandria, Christopher Briney brought team Conrad up a point, and models and singers alike snapped photos of the champagne tower. And, of course, a night at Studio 54 wouldn't feel complete without an appearance from Cher.

A Day Of Dogs... And Dylan O'Brien?
Susan Alexandra and Rachel Antonoff kicked off fashion week with their second annual 'Best In Show' showcasing both the brands and supporting rescue animals. We expected dogs of different breeds being led down the runway but what we didn't expect was a surprise appearance by Dylan O'Brien.
