The Standout Street Style Looks From Australian Fashion Week
Bright colors and oversized silhouettes abounded.

Though Australian Fashion Week, re-christened Afterpay Australian Fashion Week two years ago, is more low-key than its big four counterparts (New York, London, Milan, and Paris), the street style of its attendees is still an excellent source of inspiration. A common theme during the fashion week, which ran from May 9 to 13, was classic menswear items revamped for women: oversized button-ups with trousers, three-piece suits, vests, and blazers. Fun pops of blue, green, fuchsia, and yellow also punctuated the usual parade of elegant neutrals, creating a fresh balance of tasteful maximalism and cool-girl minimalism. Ahead, we've gathered our favorite looks from Australia's fashion community.
