You’ll Catch Us Sipping This Northwest-Inspired Cocktail All Season Long

We’re always on the hunt for ways to up our hosting game, which means there’s no such thing as too many delicious, homemade cocktails in our repertoire. Our newest addition hails from Vancouver at Fairmont Pacific Rim, where its latest dining space, Botanist, celebrates foliage found in British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest. With a menu full of Northwest-sourced ingredients, and inspired by the area’s diverse climate, no drink from here can go wrong.

This specialty cocktail has a simple recipe and, of course, includes a citrus garnish to add a little touch for presentation. Create. Serve. Enjoy!
