This week we’ve seen everything from 60-degree weather to a blizzard, all the while starting New York Fashion Week. To say the weather is schizophrenic is the understatement of the century and it makes us that much more frustrated when we’re getting ready to run around at shows. Luckily, Instagram (god’s greatest gift to fashion since Elsa Schiaparelli) and the red carpets provide us with more inspiration than we can practically handle. Here are all our favorite outfits of the week.

Most Likely to Inspire a Bride’s Second Wedding Dress: Zoë Kravitz at the amfAR Gala

“This slinky white gown—with just the *right* amount of sparkliness—worn by Zoë Kravitz at the amfAR gala in New York City is just the kind of dress I can imagine a million brides wanting to don as their reception gown. Perfect for late-night dancing, champagne toasts, and most importantly, photos.” —Alicia Cesaro

Most likely to permanently make ball gowns a thing of the red carpet past: Scarlett Johansson in Atelier Versace

“The descriptor is overused, but Scarlett Johansson really does win for chicest at AmFar, which, along with raising funds for HIV/AIDS, also marks the unofficial start of New York Fashion Week—and therefore has a very impressive style showing among its guests. But this custom Versace tux—especially paired with Johansson’s short hair—really can’t be beat in any best dressed contest.” —Emily Ramshaw

Best Throwback Cover Vibes: Solange Knowles on the cover of Elle

“I cannot get over this cover. It’s powerful and sporty in a distinctly ‘80s way that absolutely makes me crazy. Solange is a goddess.” —Laurel Pantin

Most Likely to Survive This New York Snow Storm: Rihanna

“...But not to blend into her surroundings. Leave it to Bad Gal Riri to make being swaddled in gargantuan matching camo, albeit Vetement x Canada Goose, look fucking chic.” —Noah Lehava

Most Likely to Make You Really Excited for the Oscars: Emma Stone in Stella McCartney

“Emma Stone is on a freakin’ fashion roll, and the moment I saw her one-sleeved Stella McCartney jumpsuit, I wanted to wear it for Valentine’s Day/at the next wedding I go to/literally all day, every day. It’s sleek, simple, classic—and it’s just making me really curious about what she’ll rock on Oscars night. (I *feel* like she’ll go with a gorgeous gown, but what if she does pants?! Emma! I need to know!)”—Samantha Sutton

Most Likely to Make You Want to Live in Tracksuits: Keke Palmer

“There’s no doubt that tracksuits have become a fashion statement in the past year, but there is still an art to wearing them the *right* way—you can’t throw on any old hoodie-and-sweatpant combo and call it a day. Keke Palmer rocked the trend this past week in her Gypsy Sport ensemble. I mean, do you see those pants? This outfit is enough for me to put my denim into hibernation for a bit, and I’m not mad about it.”—Jodi Taylor
