We’ve toured our fair share of closets over the years, from musicians to athletes to fashion insiders, but it’s safe to say that Naura Keiser’s wardrobe was unlike anything we have ever seen before. Despite what may come to mind when you hear that she’s a corporate lawyer, her collection is anything but drab (we found no boring pencil skirts or sensible shoes). Her archive of vintage dresses, suits, and separates couldn’t be contained by just one closet, but is instead housed throughout her apartment on multiple rolling racks. Through years of hunting for unique pieces and refining her taste, Keiser has assembled an awe-inspiring wardrobe that defies trends and time periods. Keep scrolling to find 15 pieces inspired by her to-die-for collection.
1. Outlandish Silhouettes
As Keiser predominantly shops vintage, the silhouettes of her clothing do not conform to today’s trendy shapes. We suggest pairing a more outrageous silhouette with something simple and classic, like a white button-down or a pair of jeans.
2. Go Long
A complete outfit in one garment, midi dresses are as versatile as they are seasonless. Wear them with boots in the winter, then swap the boots out for sandals as the temperature begins to rise.
3. Luck Be a Lady
In Keiser’s utopic collection of vintage treasures, we found some very ladylike pieces, including T-strap Mary Janes and structured top-handle bags. Contrast the femininity with modern touches—think a crystal brooch on a sleek oversized blazer.
