The Most Instagrammable Restaurant in NYC

By now you very likely know pink is a *thing*. Whether you think millennial pink is basic or irresistable (or a combination of both), you can’t deny it’s everywhere. And surprise, surprise, we love it. When we first walked by Pietro Nolita (which is officially open for lunch this week) with its pink facade and pinker interior, it definitely pinked—er, piqued, our interest. And when we found out that the restaurant would be serving healthy-ish versions of Italian classics (the Milanese owner’s mother literally came over to coach the chefs on authenticity) we had to get in there. Oh, also, Giovanna Engelbert’s “Pink as Fuck” t-shirt from NYFW? That was Pietro Nolita.

But because the space itself is tiny, we’re willing to bet it’s going to be a while before we’re able to actually, you know, eat there. So we did what any enterprising style-fiend would do, and grabbed our photographer, trekked the few blocks from our office, and got the scoop. From the custom chairs to the Curtis Kulig-enhanced bathroom, we’re calling this one early: Pietro Nolita is our new favorite neighborhood spot.
