The Strawberry Cocktail You’ll Want To Sip All Weekend Long
Oh we fancy, huh.

There are times when a haphazardly poured vodka soda with a slice of stale lemon (because you ran out of limes) is perfectly acceptable. As in, laaaate on a Saturday night when you unexpectedly find yourself hosting a group of friends for some after-hours drinking and sing-shouting along to "Bitch Better Have My Money." Other occasions (like every other occasion) call for more sophisticated beverages, you know, with more than two ingredients and fresh garnishes—at least in our opinion. And a strawberry, lemon-y, fresh herb-y cocktail like this one served up at Maison Premiere’s Cocktail Den fits the bill, well, just perfectly. We basically want this from Monday-Sunday… but that’s probably a bit excessive, no? Since we can’t be spend seven nights a week in a swanky back room sipping on absinthe and oysters (goals, though), we had head bartender William Elliott show us how to whip up this delicious cocktail at home, just in case the mood strikes.
