There’s truly nothing more exciting than the first signs of Spring—more daylight, warmer weather, a renewed sense of energy in the atmosphere, and of course, the opportunity to refresh our wardrobes for the season. This year, I’m challenging myself to lean into bright colors, unexpected patterns, and unique accessories wherever and whenever possible. As someone whose sartorial signature hardly ventures from wearing all black head-to-toe, this will certainly require a dramatic closet overhaul.

Enter: Anthropologie’s spring collection. With everything from bold dresses to platform mules to checkerboard handbags, Anthropologie is the ultimate go-to for every piece you might be seeking this season. Shop my personal favorites across clothing, footwear, and accessories, below.

Off-The-Shoulder Puffed-Sleeve Mini Dress

Though some might disagree, I’d argue that hot pink looks good on everybody. With off-the-shoulder puff sleeves, a pleated sweetheart neckline, and an electric finish to its silky fabric, this dress is sure to be a standout for any occasion throughout spring and summer.

Jai Mule Heels

Who doesn’t love a good mule? This style in particular truly makes the case for silver as a neutral. Perfect for dressing up or down, these mules pair well with wide-leg denim and a light button-down for the office, or a silky slip dress and leather jacket for a special event.

V-Neck Cape Mini Dress

I’m calling it now—lime green is going to be everywhere this season. The style of this 80s-inspired cut-out dress is too good to pass up. It’s the perfect piece to add a splash of color to your spring wardrobe.

The A Scacchi Satchel

While the checkerboard trend is definitely still ‘in’ this season, the A-line shape of this bag gives it a timeless silhouette that will wear just as well 10 years from now as it did 10 years ago. With a removable strap, strong top handle, and an all-black design on the reverse side, this Alohas bag is essentially four styles in one.

By Anthrologie Sheer Sweater

Despite counting down the days to warmer weather, I’m not quite ready to part with my cozy winter knits just yet. This cropped sweater serves as the perfect transition piece for layering over tops, tanks, dresses, and more.

By Anthropologie Sheer Slip

As a proclaimed lover of all things black (blame the native New Yorker in me), this tulle piece from Anthropologie’s spring collection is a perfect way to dip your toes. I can’t help but picture all the ways to style it: over a fuschia bodysuit and ripped jeans, under a vintage t-shirt and silk slip skirt, or anything in between.

Clogge Clogs

These clogs are the edgy, 2023 upgrade to the clogs any early-Y2K fashionista undoubtedly loved (and over-wore). With the quality and comfort that Jeffrey Campbells are known for, these serve as the ideal complement to any outfit that needs a bit of grounding or a bit of height.

Scoop-Neck Slim Dress

Whether you’re an avid slip dress lover or haven’t taken the plunge yet, this bright-yellow statement slip is worth the splurge. With a breezy high slit, draped cowl neck, and stitched pleating across the hip, it's sure to be a flattering fit on any body type. The radiant color is unlike any other we’ve seen.

Pearl Heart Hugging Earrings

Kitschy earrings have my heart (no pun intended), and I haven’t stopped thinking about these since I first laid eyes on them. Not only are novelty earrings the perfect way to add character to an otherwise neutral look, but the retro-inspired design gives the accessories a timeless whimsy that secures their spot as a mainstay in any wardrobe.
