This morning in New York City, Sarah Jessica Parker stepped out outside the offices of Good Morning America looking every bit the fashion icon we’ve come to know, channeling Carrie Bradshaw in a polka dot ensemble. Dressed in a tailored, belted blazer and matching pencil skirt in a powder blue and white palette, Parker demonstrated a softer, more feminine approach to the corporate uniform. Her finishing touches? White peep-toe pumps, a matching blue bucket bag, and oversized shield sunglasses.
Polka dots have been gaining momentum in the trend cycle for some time now, reaching a fever-pitch as we head into the summer season. On the runway, Carolina Herrera leaned into the print with a romantic and traditional spin for the Spring/Summer 2025 collection, sending airy evening gowns down the runway dotted with the classic motif. Julian Klausner, on the other hand, took a more unconventional approach for Dries Van Noten’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection, mixing micro and medium-sized polka dots in rich hues and heavy, textured fabrics, often clashing them with louder patterns. Here, Parker’s press outfit errs more traditional (and seasonal), keeping to a light palette and a smaller-scale print that complements her petite frame.

But the AJLT star wasn’t at GMA to talk about fashion or polka dot trends. On set, Parker sat down to preview and discuss And Just Like That… ahead of its Season 3 premiere, which will be available to stream on May 29.
When asked what the audience can expect next, Parker responded, “More shenanigans…obstacles—professional, personal. Carrie assumes, at the start of the season, that she is alone and has some sort of understanding with Aiden that she is somewhat at peace with, and I think all things that are complicated and actually involve another human being, they’re not exactly quite so simple.”
Parker also revealed that Bradshaw is “writing fiction for the first time in her career.” Perhaps, this marks a pivotal point in the character’s life and brief hiatus from her signature sex column.
