They say Venice is a city of romance, but this year, Pritika Swarup made it a city of vintage fashion. Between balancing life as a model, philanthropist, and founder of Prakti Beauty, Pritika could have easily gone the safe route with a dress straight off the runway for the Venice Film Festival. Instead, she dipped into the archives, stepping out in a sleek, all-white, vintage Tom Ford-era Gucci gown.

"My stylist Kristina [Askerova] and I searched for it for months, and it was 100% worth it," she says. "The clean drape, the halter silhouette, the way it elongates the body with understated power.” It’s a look that feels very “Pritika”—glamorous, but also thoughtful. Pasquale Bruni’s delicate, yet striking diamonds caught both the sunlight and the shutter clicks as the perfect finishing touch.

"My beauty ritual begins with skin—I prepped with Prakti Beauty for the perfect base. A gentle exfoliation with PritiPolish Instant Glow Exfoliator and a deep dose of hydration from SundaSkin Serum always gives me that lit-from-within glow."

"I’ve always loved glam time—equal parts artistry and girl talk! For Venice, we wanted to capture timeless elegance—a look that felt classic, feminine, and powerful."

"We went for a soft bronzey eye with just the right sheen, fresh skin, and strong, defined brows to ground the look. A glossy, softly textured bun pulled it all together."

"The final touch: Pasquale Bruni diamonds—stunning, luminous, sculptural earrings inspired by nature’s curves and celestial light. And yes… I’ve always had a weakness for diamonds!"

"A moment for this gown—Gucci by Tom Ford, circa 2004. My stylist Kristina and I searched for it for months, and it was 100% worth it. The clean drape, the halter silhouette, the way it elongates the body with understated power… it’s everything I love about Tom Ford’s vision of modern sensuality."

"En route to the premiere… by boat, of course. The rain couldn’t stop me–even in a white gown and no undergarments, I made it a bold arrival."

"Gliding through Venice on the way to the red carpet—a moment that always feels straight out of a film."

"Attending the Jay Kelly premiere at the 82nd Venice Film Festival. The excitement and energy on the carpet always feels electric."
