Maria Grazia Chiuri's Fendi Appointment & Hermès Gets A Shake Up
And all the other fashion news you may have missed this week.

Welcome back to Fashion Bulletin, a weekly column where Coveteur's senior fashion editor, Ella O’Keeffe, recaps all the buzzy industry news you from the week.
Welcome back! This week in New York City, between press appointments and the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, it has gotten cold. For all of the girlies who (for some reason) can’t dress for the warmer weather, they are in their bag and I’m happy for them. Speaking of the VS Fashion Show, good for them for listening to the feedback from last year that called it utterly lackluster and putting some theatrics back into the whole production. If we’re going to accept its comeback, it may as well be a fun watch. And it was! My nostalgia reared despite my better judgment at all of the supermodels smiling down the runway. Faith, our EIC, sat in such close proximity to the runway she was practically on stage with the models, and said the overall energy was very positive and uplifting.
Maria Grazia Chiuri Is Appointed Creative Director Of Fendi
Fendi
Well, that concludes the final piece of the puzzle in the fashion musical chairs: former Dior women’s designer, Maria Grazia Chiuri, will be helming Fendi as the Roman brand’s Chief Creative Officer. Chiuri will present her first collection for Fendi Fall/Winter 2026 in Milan next February. Chiuri was at Dior for nine years, and was the first woman to lead design for the house. Previously, she was the co-creative director at Valentino with Pierpaolo Piccioli. Considering the codes of the House and Chiuri’s woman-centric design sensibilities, her appointment feels like the most obvious and fitting choice for the brand, and LVMH as a whole, especially given how commercially successful her tenure at Dior was.
Versace Debuts Greca Campaign
Versace
Off the back of Dario Vitale’s debut collection last month in Milan, Versace has this week released their Greca campaign, starring Aimee Lou Wood and Joseph Quinn, alongside TikTokkers Giovanni Luciano and Wesley Glouchkov, DJ Josh Caffé, and instrumentalist and producer, Ouri. The campaign depicts an imaginary mise en scene, “Room Six,” within a highway motel, outlined in a script by British director, Luna Carmoon. Each of the cast members are captured in intimate portraits wearing the Greca eyewear.
Véronique Nichanian Steps Down At Hermès

Hermès artistic director of menswear, Véronique Michanian, is stepping down after 37 years designing for the iconic French house. Announced this week, Nichanian will present her last collection during Paris Men’s Week in January. According to reports, her successor will be appointed in the coming days. Could Kim Jones be back up for a menswear job? Sabato De Sarno is also at-large these days…but of course, there is always the possibility of an internal promotion. Another woman at the helm of a luxury house lost, I suppose!
Sofia Richie Launches Clothing Line With Revolve

Quiet luxury poster girl Sofia Richie Grainge has partnered with Revolve to launch SRG, a new in-house brand created and designed by Richie Grainge featuring buildable separates and basic, wearable pieces.. "SRG is a reflection of the way I've always approached getting dressed: intentional, timeless, and personal," Richie Grainge shared in a press release. There is a great draped trench coat and a chocolate brown suede coat which I have my eye on, alongside the draped bias cut silk tops. Very elegant!
