Keeping Tabs: Georgiana Huddart, Founder Of Hunza G

From meetings to photoshoots to brand trips, Georgiana Huddart is the epitome of the career woman on-the-go—but, mentally, she's at the beach. As the founder of Hunza G, cult-loved swimwear brand made for all body types, Huddart is always thinking of new designs for lounging by a the ocean (or pool, or any body of water). A reboot of the original "Hunza" label known for the iconic crinkled bodycon dress that Julia Roberts wore in Pretty Woman, the '80s and '90s influences are evident through the designs: high-leg silhouettes, bold color offerings and, of course, that iconic Original Crinkle fabric that's soft, one-size fits all nature has gained a cult following and endorsements from stars like Hailey Bieber, Dua Lipa, and Rihanna.

When she’s not wearing a swimsuit made out of the comfiest and stretchiest of fabrics, Huddart can be spotted in sharply tailored silhouettes, vintage pieces, and brands such as Christopher Esber, Khaite, and the Attico. At night, you'll find her recharging with her beloved CurrentBody LED Mask on, putting together the most curated Spotify playlists, and, more recently, going through the Hunza G archives from the ‘80s and ‘90s to create a small heritage collection.  

Ahead, Georgiana Huddart gives us all the details on her search history and how she unwinds when she’s not bopping around.

"I’m from London and still live here. I think it’s the best city in the world—even the weather, which we love to complain about, is kind of perfect."

Listening: "I’ve made an amazing Spotify playlist of the most intense love songs: 'Frankie Goes to Hollywood,' Elvis Costello’s 'I Want You,' Nick Cave, the Romeo and Juliet soundtrack, Kate Bush, Fiona Apple (real emo teenage stuff which I love). But a band I always come back to is Fontaines D.C. Their album 'Skinty Fia' is constantly on repeat."

Watching: "I’ve been making my way through the Oscars films—I have to say, I loved Sinners, and One Battle After Another is great. I also did a little Wuthering Heights deep dive and watched all the different adaptations, from the original 1939 film to the 2011 mini-series. I read the book at school, so it was interesting to see all the different takes, and then I went to see the Emerald Fennell version. "

Reading: "I’m currently reading ‘I Regret Almost Everything’ which is really funny and moving. I just
finished ‘Heart the Lover’ by Lily King, which was fab."

Tabi flats: "I love my Tabi flats from Maison Margiela—I never believed separating the toes could be so
comfortable."

Balenciaga Rodeo Bag: "I’m waiting for the Rodeo bag from Balenciaga to come back in stock with gold hardware. Their bags are my go-to for work and day-to-day."

Helmut Lang clothes: "Helmut Lang for all trousers and jackets—I’m 6'3", and it’s the only brand that makes jeans long
enough for me. It was so liberating to discover and not feel like my teenage dork self in ankle swingers. I currently love the skinny jeans and have about five pairs in different sizes, as my body is changing postpartum."

Vintage children's clothes: "Vintage clothes for my kids. Camille Charriere got Stella this amazing leopard fur- trimmed coat which she is obsessed with. I am often on Kidswear Collective and Ebay."

K-beauty Products: "Medicube tools and Beauty of Joseon products."

Vintage Cartier watch: "I’m obsessed with a vintage Tank Française gold watch from Cartier with a gold strap—and it’s been sitting on my desktop for a while. I can’t share the link in case someone buys it before me."

Heinrich Freeman jewelry: "They create the best heirloom pieces with sustainable diamonds."

Collagen: "In anything and everything, to eat or apply. Vida Glow is fab."

The Attico jackets: "I keep buying great jackets from The Attico—those women are so clever! I am a huge fan."

The Chanel website: "I’m on the Chanel website about 14 times a day, just looking at the genius of Matthieu Blazy. You can’t buy any of it online, so that’s just for fun. I went into the store and got a bag, and it was absolutely crazy in there—I respect it so much."

Diptyque perfumes: "I repurchase my perfume a lot as it’s two scents I mix together from Diptyque: Rose and Fleur de Peau."

Isamaya's beauty products: "I love all of Ismaya’s beauty products—she sent me a load and I've re-bought it all multiple times because it's so good."

Skincare: "I love Augustinus Bader sheet masks and am kind of addicted to skincare and skin health. I also think the Vitamin C serum from Westman Atelier is mega."

CurrentBody LED Mask: "I use it every day and have really felt the difference."

Saint Laurent heels: "I’m always looking at Saint Laurent for new shoes, as most of the heels I own are from there. I have a strict heel limit of 3 inches (7 cm)—I’m so tall that it’s not fun being over 6'6" at a party; you can’t hear anyone and you feel a bit out of the loop."

Hunza G: "Obviously, I’m always on the Hunza G website and Instagram—checking everything, making sure it’s all uploaded correctly and that the customer experience makes sense."
