Jenna Ortega's "Wednesday" Looks Are Grown-Up Goth Heaven
Everything for season two feels clean and polished with a freaky little twist.

When it comes to method dressing, there's no one we'd rather see exercising their right to the trend than Jenna Ortega on the press tour for season two of Tim Burton's "Wednesday."
Wednesday Addams is one of culture’s most prolific goths, and Ortega has been channeling the moody protagonist's' fixation on the freakier things in life—but through a more grown up lens than her first season looks. Swapping Addams' signature black pigtails for a deep brown, and opting for long tousled waves and a wardrobe that leans heavily on gothic glamour, Ortega and her stylist Enrique Melendez chose lighter colors on the red carpet this season to indicate her character's growth.
Everything this season feels clean and polished with a freaky little twist. Take, for example, her arrival at the Central Hall, Westminster, for the global premiere, where she wore an Ashi Studio Fall 2025 couture gown that looked both like dripping wax and shedding snake skin. To finish, she paired the look with matching bleached brows and a blood red lip, courtesy of makeup artist Melanie Inglessis.
For her next stop, Ortega stepped out in a shredded ivory satin Elena Velez dress, complete with corsetry, loose straps, and a raw hem. Each look so far has had an emphasis on the body with a heavy involvement of corsetry and structured silhouettes, giving everything a romantic, sexy, and grown-up.
