We don’t mind admitting we’re down for a pumpkin spice whatever with apple anything on the side. Cue eye rolls and accusations of being basic, we don’t care, that shit is delicious! But sometimes you want something fall-feeling that’s a little on the stronger side—especially with our favorite non-holiday, Halloween, looming on the horizon. So we turned to Miri Kolici at Upstairs at The Kimberly’s year-round rooftop bar to show us how to do All Hallows’ Eve drinking in a not-so-predictable way. If your Halloween night is looking more “sophisticated elegance” than “cat woman gone wild” (or, hey, both), give one of these a whirl—or, if you’re hosting a costume non-optional party at your place, mix up a batch of any of these to keep things “festive” all night.
Make one (or three), and snap us a pic of how they turn out.
