New York Fashion Week might officially be over, but the style inspiration is never-ending. The street-style accessory of the season is something we've noticed and loved over the past year or so. Now, it's everywhere in blooming floral form.

After Pinterest predicted brooches as a major 2026 trend, we were fully locked in—and then, all of a sudden, it seemed like we were seeing the accessory everywhere. From Spring/Summer 2026 runways to the lapels of men on the 2026 Golden Globes red carpet, the brooch emerged as the accessory of the moment—and one that shouldn't be reserved exclusively for special occasions.

This season, the floral brooch, in particular, was diversely styled by show-goers, and we won't be surprised if we see this trend throughout the fall. Perhaps, it'll act as a way of holding onto the spring and summer seasons as we brave the forthcoming chill of fall and winter. The floral brooch serves as a bit of light in the more dreary seasons.
