Emma Chamberlain is an OG youtuber, a front row darling throughout fashion month, a podcaster, a home decor enthusiast, arguably the voice of her generation, and now, the star of J.Crew's latest campaign and the wearer of the brand's new, perfectly chunky Tiny Rollneck sweaters—an article of clothing that actually has us looking forward to crisper weather, which isn't an easy feat.

This is far from J.Crew's first foray into the sweater game—the brand is known for producing basics that stand the test of time both in terms of trends and quality. For Fall 2026, the brand's hero rollneck is reaching smaller, more fitted proportions. In lieu of a roomy, oversized knit, this campaign embraces smaller, slimmer silhouettes. It's timeless, effortless, and multi-dimensional, with an array of solid colors that are minimal and patterns that feel young—that balance encapsulates Chamberlain, making the synergy in this campaign undeniable.

Shot and directed by Ian Markell and styled by Jarred Ellner, the campaign has a retro feel that leans into '90s nostalgia. The styling has a preppy, collegiate feel akin to the wardrobe of Beverly Hills, 90210 and Clueless: headbands, small rectangular glasses, pleated skirts, tailored high-waisted trousers, loafers with argyle ankle socks, and all. Suddenly, we all have the urge to dress preppy—barrettes, perfectly flicked bobs, pens and books as accessories, and all.

Luckily for us, J.Crew's Tiny Rollneck sweaters will be available to shop on August 26th at 8 AM sharp. So mark your calendars, prepare your wallets, and get ready to style the '90s collegiate looks of your dreams.
