Nothing beats a cozy night out where the cocktails are flowing and the conversation is top-tier. “When I think of some of my favorite moments over the course of my career, many of them involve me sitting around a dinner table in a beautiful setting, swapping stories with my seat mates and making new connections,” says Coveteur's editor-in-chief Faith Xue. “It’s how I’ve made some of my closest friends, and it’s an experience that I knew I wanted Coveteur to be able to bring to our community.” With that in mind, Coveteur debuted its first-ever Coveted Dinner Club, bringing together tastemakers and creatives across the country in intimate settings for bonding, new connections and revelry.
For our first Coveted Dinner Club series, we partnered with official pour sponsor, Tequila Don Julio, to toast its new luxury innovation, Alma Miel—a Joven tequila, made from a blend of unaged and aged tequilas. The unique process combines Blanco tequila distilled with oven-roasted agave honey and Añejo tequila which has been aged for at least 14 months and finished in Crémant du Limoux barrels. The result? A lusciously smooth sipping tequila.
Co-hosted by Xue, each Dinner Club saw guests sipping on those signature Tequila Don Julio cocktails inside the private dining rooms of the buzziest restaurants in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas. Throughout the night, our guests indulged in courses thoughtfully crafted to pair with their tastings. By the end, multiple numbers were exchanged, creative projects discussed and future dinner plans were made. Each night was a true reflection of Tequila Don Julio’s “Por Amor” ethos—crafting special moments through passion and creativity.

New York
The first stop of our Coveted Dinner Club: New York City. Co-hosted by fashion designer Kim Shui, the dinner was held in a private room at buzzy NYC members club, Flyfish Club, and It girls like Tefi Pessoa, Yumi Nu and more came to toast, drink and be merry.
