All Of The Trends Happening At Copenhagen Fashion Week
From feminine ruffles to severe suiting, these are the trends emerging out of Copenhagen Fashion Week so far.

Copenhagen fashion week—affectionately known as the fashion week street style capital of the world (I made that up, but those who know, know)–has rolled around again, and each season, we're presented with collections from the best Scandinavia has to offer.
For the Spring 2026 season, the Danish capital will play host to 44 brands for different presentations and runway shows from August 4-8. Opening on the 4th with OpéraSport and closing on the 8th with Rotate, the week will also host Cecilie Bahnsen's Spring 2026 show, who will return to her hometown from Paris for the namesake brand’s 10th anniversary. Bahnsen will act as CPHFW’s first-ever guest designer, which will become a fixture of the schedule moving forward, where the city will host other Danish talent in a similar context.

At OpéraSport, Anne Sofie Madsen, and Rave Review, all signs pointed to a very layered school of thought. Ruffled skirts and bras cut through ladylike dresses and tailored trousers, adding a sense of Danish fun to the whole thing, as did the coquettish energy at Rave Review, who, known best for their use of deadstock fabric, incorporated ruffly apron-like tops, skirts, and dresses amongst tea dresses and techy jackets. At Anne Sofia Madsen, the ruffles were slightly more offbeat, showing up sheer and girly on strappy tops and almost bridal-like white gowns.
Atypical Tailoring

At both Freya Dalsjø and Bonnetje, unique tailoring was at the forefront of each collection. At Bonnetje, blazers were cropped above the hips and nipped at the waist, tailored trousers were tied around the bust as tops, and capri pants. Freja Dalsjø was an exercise in restrained, refined suiting. Tailored pants were paired with great big draped wool capes, collarless jackets, and simple coats. At Forza collective, neat, closely tailored blazers were layered with wool skirts and suit pants, polished overcoats, and sleek suiting.
Tiny Tops

It was a tiny top moment at Forza Collective and Alis this week, where summery separates were rendered in the form of bra-tops crafted from neckties and tartan fabrics. Each of the looks were paired with beige bottoms, in keeping with a fresh palette for the summer season. Expect to see more scantily-clad moments in the city this summer.
