Sofitel Los Angeles Shares a Fancy Champagne Cocktail Recipe

Leave it to a fancy Beverly Hills hotel to know how to pregame and then adequately fuel Oscars-watching with alcohol. This weekend, we’ll be celebrating with Sofitel Los Angeles’s “I Want to Thank the Academy,” by mixologist Frédéric Zemmour.

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Giffard elderflower liqueur
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz lemon juice
3 oz sparkling wine

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.

2. Strain into champagne glass.

3. Add sparkling wine.
