Best Case for Taking a Risk: Thandie Newton
“At first I didn’t get it, but then the longer I looked, I totally got it. Thandie Newton’s Schiaparelli gown was a total risk, with a giant sequined Ferris wheel, horses, and...are those birds?...going up the dress, but I love it. It seems like a bit of a nod to Westworld, but I could just be a superfan reading into it. Also, she’s so pretty and so cool, she could literally wear anything and I’d say she was best dressed, so take this for what it’s worth.”
