A Moment For Charli XCX's Lived-In Lilac Eyeshadow
Plus, more celebrity beauty moments from Tate McRae, Miley Cyrus and more.

This week brings a fresh wave of celebrity beauty moments, from lavender eye makeup to sky-high ponytails.
Ahead of Miley Cyrus’s May 30th album release for "Something Beautiful," the Grammy winner celebrated at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood with family and friends, wearing a beaded minidress, siren eye makeup and mermaid waves. Meanwhile, in New York City, Charli XCX continues to prove she's forever thatgirl with a perfect smoked-out gray-purple eyeshadow moment. Also of note on the beauty front this week: Keke Palmer's softly-sculpted makeup and super-high pony—a winning combo I'll be saving for later.

Keke Palmer
Celebrity makeup artist Kenya Alexis created magic on Keke Palmer for her Jennifer Hudson Show appearance. The soft pink eyeshadows complement the pop of blush on the apples of her cheeks (and archival Alexander McQueen dress, of course), I’d be remiss to not mention that work of art that is her high pony by Keke’s go-to hairstylist, Kira Dior.
Charli XCX
For Charli XCX, makeup artist Lauren Reynolds opted for a soft, lived-in look that mimics the look of a girl who’s been at the party for hours, yet magically looks fresh and picture-perfect. The secret: line the waterline, go for multiple layers of mascara, diffuse a shimmery lilac shade across the lid and finish with a clear lipgloss.
Alia Bhatt
Alia Bhatt’s makeup for the Cannes Film Festival was soft and romantic, with pink and peachy hues and a shimmery highlght. But it was her slicked-back hair with styled baby hairs that added the perfect finishing touch.
Tate McRae

Tate McRae is currently commanding the stage in London, England, showcasing an effortless pop-girl blowout by hairstylist Chad Wood—one that only gets better with every flip.
Miley Cyrus
I love how Miley Cyrus offers a modern take on Old Hollywood glamour with voluminous, California-inspired beachy waves, a dramatic side part, and a sharp cut-crease eyeshadow look.
Megan Thee Stallion
Apart from Megan Thee Stallion’s peony-colored lids and cheekbones, her luscious, mermaid-esque red locks styled in brushed-out, loose curls by hairstylist Kellon Deryck commands your attention. In short: I'm a fan.
