Experience
Sophia Penske started working in the art industry in 2017 and has experience with both emerging and blue chip artists. In 2019, she founded Penske Projects in Los Angeles as an art advisory and curatorial team, which now has evolved into a project-based company exhibiting emerging artists and collaborating with creatives worldwide.
She joined Gagosian Art Advisory in 2023, which brought her to New York. At Gagosian Art Advisory she focuses on building and developing her clients’ collections as well as bringing new talent to them, and at Penske Projects she continues to build a robust exhibition platform for emerging artists worldwide.
Education
Sophia studied Art History at Cornell University (2013-2017) and studied Art and Business at Sotheby’s Institute in London (2016).
