On a night filled with the most glamorous gowns, jewels, and shoes, it takes more than just a flick of mascara to stand out from the crowd. But much to our delight, the stars stepped out with plenty of drama in the beauty department for the 71st annual Emmys. Whether it was a metallic bronze lip (courtesy of first-time Emmy winner Julia Garner), an icy blue eyeshadow (worn by The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star Rachel Brosnahan), or a crown of voluptuous curls à la Viola Davis (who honestly has too many awards at this point to even bother counting), it was a true feast for the eyes. More is more, as they say, and we can only hope that the rest of awards season will follow suit.
