3 Ways to Style a Robe

Inspired by our Coveteur x Fleur Du Mal collab.

how to style robe 3 ways
A piece of clothing is that much more valuable if it can be worn to comfortably (key word here, guys) chill around the house ~and~ to go out and have a few fancy cocktails with friends. This is exactly why athleisure and wearing chic pajamas to the club have become such a…thing. We’ve been on board with versatile dressing from the jump, which is exactly why we joined in on the fun.

We partnered up with our good friend Jennifer Zuccarini of Fleur Du Mal to create a deliciously silky, easy-on-the-eyes Coveteur x Fleur Du Mal robe. As soon as we got our first sample, we wasted no time playing around with different ways to style it. Keep on scrolling to see what we did with it, but be warnedyou may be adding a silk robe to your cart by the end of it.

1. Pair It With a LBD for a Night Out

The black trimming on our robe is that extra little bit of detail that makes it the perfect piece to wear over your favorite little black dress. If your dress is short or long, a sleeveless or long sleeve, low-cut or a turtleneck, it’ll work with this robe. You can have a little fun with it: tying it up in the front, letting it hang open, or having the belt sitting knotted in the back. Add to the mix a fun patterned bag, your favorite pair of heels, a swipe of red lipstick, and you’re on your way.

2. Never Underestimate a Good T-Shirt & Denim Combo

Denim is our savior on those mornings where we find ourselves staring blankly into our closets. Case in point: A good pair of jeans will take you everywhere, from the office to the dog park to date night. Hence why denim is an obvious pairing for our Coveteur x Fleur du Mal robe. Choose a t-shirt (our current go-to is blue and sparkly) to go with it.

3. Wear It as, Well, a Robe

Groundbreaking, right? But in all seriousness, this robe is the perfect companion for a solo night in or a movie night with friends. Throw your favorite pajama set on, slip your feet into your coziest slippers, and—if you’re extra, like us—add in a Fendi visor for good measure.
