Stumped? Read on!
First off, thank you all for coming to Coveteur. Without you, there would be no site; and so, we here at Coveteur wanted to take the time to let you know how much we appreciate you. We’ve decided to do a better job of bringing you into the fold, connecting with all of you, giving you a heads-up about things you might miss (there’s so much going on these days, and not even the most up-to-date and technologically savvy of us can possibly keep up with it all), and providing a sneak peek into all of the exciting things we have coming up. So without further ado…
Welcome to July! While it’s hot as hell outside and the thought of moving in this oppressive heat and humidity seems like a huge chore, the show must go on. Enter our 30 Days of Summer Beauty series. Each day our hardworking team of editors and experts (think Josie Maran, Candice Huffine and Patrick Ta) will give you all the tips and tricks to nail summer beauty. Nothing worse than sweating off your foundation before you even make it to the office—trust me, I would know.
Other highlights this month include Couture coverage from the shows in Paris, and a Q&A with the head of Sotheby’s Jewelry. If those clothes and jewels don’t put a spring in your step despite the heat, then I’m not really sure what will. We’re also offering a primer on the biggest trends you’ll see in piercings this summer, and Jane Larkworthy is weighing in on the pros and cons of going grey. In our ever-expanding health and wellness section, we will be debating calories vs. cleansing, investigating whether or not MCT oil is the new coconut oil, and in classic Coveteur fashion we’re bringing you the closet of Kardashian makeup-guru extraordinaire Joyce Bonelli (look for that one very soon!). Of course, these are just the tip of the iceberg, but we do hope you enjoy.
In the coming months, we’re putting an emphasis on opening the lines of communication, so look out for more Facebook Lives, Instagram Q&A’s, and more. We’re working hard over here to give you more video, new ways to get our stories, and expand our popular travel and interiors coverage. As always, the best way to keep up is by signing up for our newsletter and following us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
