Renée Rodenkirchen

If Jack's Wife Freda is the most 'grammed egg dish in New York, then Dimes gets the award for most Instagrammed breakfast bowl. And as you know, we've (and pretty much everyone else) been really into all things from the Chinatown restaurant as of late. So much so that we sat down with the duo behind it—who BTW, are equally as cool—and had them fill us in on their Bikram routines, business advice and thoughts on probiotics. Then we begged them for some dishes we could recreate in our apartments. And we're really, really glad we did, because they went and flipped our breakfast game on its head with this combination. Yeah, just see below:point_down:. And while they look (and sound) suppppper fancy, we swear these three-steppers take max five minutes to make. So ideal for that lazy Saturday morning when you promised (then forgot you promised) to make brunch for your significant other. Just throw on an apron and start referring to yourself as Julia Child.
