You know that moment when you find yourself lost in a black hole of somewhat fascinating, albeit, mundane Valencia-filtered Instagram accounts (no judgment, guys), before coming across one that’s so perfectly curated, so thoughtfully photographed, it gives you momentary Insta-envy (that's totally a thing). Yeah, we can relate. While we’re sitting here racking up our App store accounts, trying to find an editing app that will make our pics look more like artwork rather than dimly-lit pixelated blurs, we have to applaud those who get it right (and make it look easy). We mean, that's pretty much exactly how we feel about JiaJia Fei, Guggenheim's associate digital director, who’s pretty much got the whole Instagram-so-perfect-we’re-going-to-actually-print-it-out-and-frame-it thing nailed. It may have a little something to do with her 9-5, and you know, being surrounded by Picassos and Kadinskys all day. So, as you can imagine, we were admittedly pretty excited when she agreed to let us into her New York apartment IRL just before she was set to hit the back-to-back fashion week circuit. And it was kind of everything we love all in one high-ceiling room: an eclectic mixture of hot pink sofas and antique gilded frames, along with a closet stuffed with Dries Van Noten heels and more vintage Neiman Marcus furs than we could count. You know those moments when fashion really is art? Right here.
