While a change in seasons is always a reason to look ahead and start up old resolutions (eat better! meditate!), it can also come with unwarranted stress. In addition to allergies, air-conditioning installations, and the general wardrobe freak-out that comes with a new season, changing temperatures is one thing that we here at Coveteur really struggle with. The weather when you leave to work out in the morning will change drastically by the time afternoon hits, and while your summer dress may be cute AF, you could very well spend all day freezing due to the AC blasting in your office. You see where we’re going here… Dressing for transitional weather, especially when the weather can’t make up its mind, is very tricky.
