Balenciaga’s Net-A-Porter Capsule Makes Us Want to Spend More Time at Work
We were some of the first to get our hands on the goods—and they are *good*.

Today Balenciaga launched two exclusive capsule collections with NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER. It marks the first time the brand has created an exclusive women’s and men’s collection, which means everyone can get in on the newly iconic BB mode logo fun. Both online retailers will carry ready-to-wear, bags, jewelry, and accessories in different exclusive and limited-edition colorways and prints across the most quintessential SS18 pieces.
Since we aren’t entirely patient about these things, we’ve already called in two of the pieces we’re most excited about so we could hold (on to them for dear life) them ourselves. And they are glorious. The mini striped bazar tote and wallet are basically what we want to have on our desk always. The social and digital campaign, shot and styled by Balenciaga collaborators Mr Johnny Dufort and Ms Lotta Volkova, also makes the case to buy everything and bring it in for another day on the job–everything was modeled by the staff of Net-A-Porter and shot in an office. So grab your stack of Post Its and plop a silver BB Round embroidered bag right next to it, kick up your heels on your desk in the knife bootie (with colorful tights, because Balenciaga), and stand on your scanner in the Speed Sock sneaker. We have a feeling that’s exactly what Demna Gvasalia wants.
