This Kaia Gerber Approved Line Only Looks Expensive

If you’ve been on Instagram at all over the past two months, you may have spotted a couple of items from Australian designer Alana Palister’s clothing line IAMGIA. When I found myself on the site, my boyfriend actually turned to me and told me he recognized the Electra pant. Considering he has no idea who Bella Hadid, Kaia Gerber, or Emily Ratajkowski are (all who own many pieces from the brand and have been photographed multiple times wearing them), I think that says a lot about IAMGIA’s notoriety.

What’s surprising is that for a brand with such a large celebrity clientele and an insane Instagram following (just one simple #ootd post in an IAMGIA piece can get up to 15K+ likes) the prices for everything ranges from $50-$200. The only catch is that you have to act fast as things sell out really quickly. After visiting Pallister’s home in LA, and seeing her closet packed with all her own designs we decided we wanted everything–and made some predictions on what you should stock up on now before they’re gone.

Snakeskin Everything

Everyone already owns a leopard print jacket so go for this reptilian alternative instead.

Anything Plaid Or Checkered

There are some compliments that never get old, like people saying you look like Cher from Clueless every time you wear something plaid. Palister’s pink plaid set is sure to be everywhere soon, but invest in some of her checkered pieces if you want something with some more edge.

Pretty Much Any Of Their Pants

As the recent owner of a pair of IAMGIA sceptrum pants, I can say confidently that Pallister knows how to make a good pair of trousers. Even though they’re more fitted with buckles, they’re incredibly comfortable so I can only image how one of her jumpsuits or sweatpants must feel. Considering every models wear a pair of hers off-duty (especially the Cobain Pant in beige), you may want to get a couple pairs in every style and color.
