Sunday’s motto is all about TLC. Starting with a late-morning hot yoga class (looking at you, YogaSpark), I feel like I’m purging out all the unwanted toxins. Then, later in the day, I focus on my clean-skin ritual. As someone with a sensitive complexion prone to breakouts, there is nothing more luxurious than that sparkly Kirakira feeling. While I have become quite the believer in professional facials, the convenience of my at-home Sunday spa routine is right on the money after a long week. Incorporating products with ingredients like rose petals, pumpkin, lime, and honey makes for a chill aromatic experience (though it often stirs the need for a snack!). Check out all my essential picks below for a rejuvenating regimen:

Ursa Major Fantastic Face Wash: I start off my routine with Ursa Major's Fantastic Face Wash to cleanse off any oil and grime. Not only does this foaming gel smell great and deep-clean my pores, but it’s not too harsh on my skin.

Gülsha Ultimate Rosewater: The story alone sells this toner. Farm-to-face, the hand-picked rose petals are carefully distilled and bottled in Turkey to retain all the vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids from the flower. This is the closest thing to jumping into a pile of roses.

Naturopathica Pumpkin Purifying Enzyme Peel: This purifying peel targets congestion. I apply a thin layer of pumpkin goodness and wait five minutes as it works to transform my skin. A tingling sensation kicks in almost immediately. Verification! It’s working.

Shaffali Volcanic Ash & Sage Facial Earth Mask: The Shaffali facial mask has become my go-to. Maintaining my spiritual zen from yoga in the morning, one of the essential steps listed for this product is allowing time for meditation and breathing. A recent tip I got was to add a drop of manuka honey into the formula. It gives me that extra glow. And the final touch, a swipe of Aquaphor on my lips for extra hydration.

Wedderspoon Gold Manuka Honey: Yes, I bought a jar of $50 organic honey because my facialist told me to. Not only is it great on the face, but it's also the perfect addition to a cup of tea.

Glo Pro: My newest obsession is the GloPro. At first I was a bit timid about the idea of putting needles to my face, but I quickly got on board after hearing rave reviews. While I’ve only just begun my GloPro journey, I am already noticing that my skin is firmer and smoother.

Gülsha Regenerative Night Rose Elixir: To set the mood right before bed, I end with Gülsha’s Night Elixir. I drop the elixir onto my hands and gently massage in circular motions with my fingertips. The key ingredient here is hyaluronic acid, which is one of the best hydrating ingredients you can use. In other words, this potion keeps me looking less tired once Monday rolls around.
