Let’s face it: We’ve all stood defeated in a poorly-lit dressing room, struggling to button the pair of jeans we pulled in our size but just won’t close. Finding the perfect pair is tough, man, especially when it feels like every designer uses their own size guide. Enter: Good American, Khloé Kardashian’s new denim line in partnership with fashion executive Emma Grede. The brand was founded on the principle that all women’s curves were not created equal (as in one size does not fit all) and can I get an AMEN to that?!

Amidst a day packed to the brim with interviews and photo shoots—it was exhausting just watching them bounce around the room—we sat down with the business partners and pals to hear all about their relationship and the line. Khloé gave Emma her pro tips for posing for the camera (we took notes, youre welcome), while Emma admitted shes a stickler for punctuality. We caught up with the co-founders at the iconic Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles to find out how the California girl and industry vet met, and what makes them such good partners.
