How We Met: Elaine Welteroth & Phillip Picardi

We ~get~ interoffice friendships (see: team Coveteur’s verylate-night karaoke parties at a certain East Village bar), but Elaine Welteroth and Phillip Picardi (Teen Vogue’s editor and digital editorial director, respectively) honestly seem to have taken the friend/working relationship to a thick-as-thieves, near-soul-mate, telepathic level. Granted, they spend a whole lot of time (late nights) together at their offices strategizing cover stars and social media campaigns. But besides their job, they share a hell of a lot in common—obsessions with denim jumpsuits and RMS Living Luminizer—and know just about everything about each other. We discovered just how obsessed they are with each other when we forced them to play the Newlywed Game in Welteroth’s office.
